LTE is unusable in Windhoek, nothing was done after numerous complaints. Now my number is listed as a prank caller so they don't have to listen to my complaints.

I asked once to have an extra Gig for 1 month, since then they are adding it every month without my permission...

MTC needs to shed the pompous veneer, apologize and take corrective measures.

I can confirm all of that is mentioned.
MTC bought cheap equipment from China and the bandwidth of the so called Fibre Optic connection they got is absolutley not supported and provided.

We had to top-up our internet with roughly N$70 to get N$30 worth on the Simcard, Daylight robbery!!

new phone ranges are very expensive when it comes to extra to up payments and mobile reception sucks everytime

Mtc sucks PERIOD!! MONEY VAMPIRES!! happy hour for 7days nice but out of that 7days only 2 days get to use it rest of the days no network thats bullsht, walvisbay internet sucks mtc stands for MONEY MAKING COMPANY
