Had a 4G device contract. When i moved the area could only support Edge connections. Inasked for assistance to boost signals. No help given even after months of requesting. When i wanted to cancel my contract they wanted to bill me N$5000 for the cancelation.

Drop calls very irretaiting and the way they treat there clients
Took my contract phone to them for repair it took almost a month and tell me it have water damage

To you all MTC haters go ahead to CRAN and see if they will do anything. MTC availed more than 2 billion to upgrade their network but they can't do it because CRAN still didn't approve their request to increase the frequency(spectrum). CRAN knows about it so waste your time for nothing!!
