Persistently poor service from a less than mediocre company that has an out-of-control accounting system manned by non-humans! Try phoning mtc - a machine will always answer......

I have the worse signal ever at my house and have had numerous MTC techs come here to fix it they them selves say that the signal is very bad here and it been 4 months now and still no fix. I do not pick up 3G or 4G at all if I do it drops righ back to EDGE. My calls drop all the time and messages barely sends.

Internet is soooooo slow. Internet is constantly cutting out throughout the day. Been experiencing multiple dropped calls or not even being able to connect a call.

apparently MTC thinks my number "does not exist on the network" in the mornings! My calls get dropped (that loss of business for me), all of a sudden I can't speak on my cellphone in my own home as the signal is so weak... I have to go outside to take the call and sms's either not received or don't get sent to the respective person. I pay for a cellular mobile service... I do not expect 'nothing' in return
