4G signal constantly drops. 3G is ridiculously slow compared to speeds in SA. Requested bank account change for d/o by email after speaking to a consultant. It wasn't changed.

Make an effort to allow middle income individuals to be able to afford the cellphones available on contracts without having to pay a massive top op amount on those cellphones.

Internet drops from H+ to edge at certain times when i really need to use the internet.. calls fail at certain times aswel

Internet is very slow...sometimes internet goes to edge in windhoek...uncapped internet gets too slow after 90gb been used...whats the use we have uncapped internet but it becomes soo slow after 90gb...

The signal is pathetic to say the least. My Phone has the option to use the 4G network, but the so called 4G is absolute rubbish compared to where it should be in the rest of the world or just Southern Africa. Very poor service.
