Luderize network is every second day off. I can't call my clients and lose work because off that. The same problem in Keetmanshoop atleast 3 times a month. That meens I loose my free minutes that I pay for free sms and internet. You network is so expansive the least you can do it keep your network on.

Purchase data to use Internet to do your assignments, speed's so pathetic that you can't even load the Google home page. You would say it's a little bit better mid night, but who stays up all night just to do a fraction of your assignment!!!!!!!!
Purchased smartshare 2 package, had same problem connecting, made several complaints, till I came to a point where I wanted to terminate the contract! Guess what I was told... " No in order for us to terminate your contract, a fee of N$ 8000 is payable."
Why should I pay if they were the ones that couldn't keep their end of the agreement? They didn't deliver as promised!!! Hell no, I am signing!!!

Alwaya issues with mtc!!!!
Why cant data and creduts be carried over to the next week. Week after week you spend on aweh cant use all cause network is either off or takes forever to load a page or anything.

been with mtc on their 4g unlimited since the beginning, achieved 70mbps average then, now max is around 15mbps, since i've signed the contract, they have amended the contract 3 times to their desires without my consent or anyone elses. we have taken it up with CRAN to which they refused to tackle the matter, horrible capitalistic ethics and monopoly at its best. nevermind the data stealing of capping us around 60-75gb instead of the 90gb. also cannot blame mtc for high phone prices when the ZAR is done the drain
