There are times when calls take long to go through or are simply cut off. And the internet is dreadfully slow at times.

Paying 750 per month and omaruru doesn't even have 3g. Meaning I have to use wifi or tn mobile. So im basically just paying for a phone.

The area where live never has data reception after 5, during the day fine, i have reported this many many times.. MTC sucks ass

Fully agree, something needs to be done and changed, especially for contract clients, who don't get any recognition for the amount they pay per month and who now can't even afford the the phones offered. And the data given is too low compared to Tango.

Very expensive data, poor signal all over Windhoek, dropped calls, don't practice good business ethics, unhelpful, uneducated and incompenant staff.

Reject problematic smartphones a few weeks upon issued on contract renewal and have to claim from our personal insurances. It happened to me twice now in 24yrs period.
