really unsatisfied! very slow internet. especially during weekends. sometimes i cant even get connected

No extra payments for contract phones. If SA can do deals without exttra payments, so can they!!!

Upgrade so that the rural areas can also have 3G or atleast decent phone reception. And do employee training eg. when you ask a mobile home employee whether the smartshare packages will work in rural areas they should be able to tell you.
