Poor service had mtc credit yesterday and today i cant even mak a call how can you steel airtime and nt refund

My unlimited 4G package started out super fast. Nowadays it feels like it's speed is edge.

Absolutely hate them,they are pathetic. The staff at the mobile shops needs training or mobile shops need new staff. Either way, their service is of a very low standard.

Corporate Customer Service is not existing at all. Deposit paid by companies for registration of contracts is not refunded automatically when contract lapses. or cancelled. Internet Lines are capped although 90GByte has not been reached yet. 3/4G Connection at the coast ins virtually not existing although MTC offers a 4G connection. We strongly fee that MTC is able to improve their current network. Suggestion: Employ a dynamic experienced Namibian MD and get the clients happy again.

MTC charges you for service not gotten. The MTC service suddenly decreased MAY 2014. a Definite Sign of corruption?

As a namibian, residing in Australia i can definitely say mtc is a rip off...it is a monopoly controlled telecommunications provider that will remain the same until worthy competition comes along. This petition won't make the right change. Get the people with the money to make the change, or give me the funds and I'll make the change. As a ex-telecommunications expert i understand the infrastructure and how the it operates within a set market. I've worked for mtc and also for the telecommunications here in Australia and i can definitely tell you mtc is taking advantage of namibians. I've said this for many years and finally i see a petition. Thought I'd leave my opinion.
