Very very slow internet. Sometimes one can't use internet with its own data/credit. Its ok to only take back one while having aweh, superaweh, aweh gig etc. Why taking the minutes back plus the data and sms'ses??? Without refunding anything..

How can MTC take data that I paid for. You can not put an expiry date on Data that i have purchased additionally because for one or other reason.. my data gets depleted extremely fast these days. Its like saying... ok you bought pre paid electricity but if you dont use it within a month you will loose all available units. ITS CALLED STEALING. Internet connection is bad... it feels as if we are back to dial up connections... oh wait... signal lost..

The lack of service and commitment by the MTC account managers is frustrating as there is no professionalism from their side. Commitments made by them in meetings to respond and give feedback is all a ball of dry air as there is a big lack of commitment and respect to the client and of cause their own word and work ethics. The MTC signal coverage in Namibia has downgraded or this is the experience that we have encountered in our working and travels in Namibia. The 4G network coverage that has been laid out on their country maps is incorrect. Our experience is that in the towns where 4G is covered we hardly ever get a 4G signal, and we have to be happy with the 3G signal or edge. This is unacceptable as we pay for this service, MTC makes lots of money from users and also companies with no guarantees or penalties agents them for the lack of service. MTC, I could carry on for hours with this but you guys need to get a mission and a vision to keep services at cutting edge and make the name MTC stand for something. The Government of Namibia has a 2030 vision that we all strive and work too, we as companies rely on your service on data and voice to make our service and commitments work for our clients. I do belief that we could at least upgrade the service in Namibia to 3G and move away from edge. The business portfolio in Namibia has grown and is no more situated around towns any more, clients has businesses growing in different directions and require services. What is MTC vision and mission??

CRAN must do something about MTC, all packages are time constricted, whatever you don't use is lost, that is stealing. Service lousy and unfriendly. cell connection hopeless

The drop call is a deliberate trick to make you call again to increase MTC revenue. This is unethical

Bad after sale service. Capped on "uncapped". Signal strength comes and goes. Internet speeds not close to what was advertised. Change is needed, signed and shared.
