My 4G uncapped connected to my Wi-Fi router is very often interrupted (cut-off), then I must restart and this comes at a heafty N$ 1 000 p.m. package.

I bought 4G modem but it turns out that no 4G coverage at my place while they advertised that the whole Windhoek is covered by 4G. I wanted to return it but the sales agent simply told me "you want 4G, move to where there's 4G. "

Welcome to MTC´s logic - you pay an arm and a leg for an unlimited 4G - well when connected via 4G (all reception bars of the router on full etc) i get up to an amazing 800 kbps downstream - as soon as forcefully switch the router to 3G (only 2 bars reception ) i can get an awesome 2Mbps - WTF is wrong with the 4G in Kl.WHK ?

i own a 3g data only package and i am not getting good enough signal strength to actually use it and for some reason the routing on the 3g is bag. getting 110 ping to SA where the 4g is getting 40 to 80 ping.

In the upgrade MTC please allow us to send data to someone and not just credit.

MTC stole money from my bank account promised to refund me and that's over a month a go and that's not the only it I have had a contract with them for the past two years and they have been over charging me. There was a time they charged me N$3000 in cash of which they still wend and deducted the agreed N$499 subscription fee via debit order when I complained and demanded my refund of the N$ 3000 they refused to refund it and said they will consider it as an advance payment yet they continued every month. They owe me round about N$3499. I eventually gave up on the N$ 3000 till they took N$ 499 from my account last month causing my account to go into - as the money was reserved for something els when I approached them to correct it they still didn't and I was Charged by the bank for that -. The other thing is that when they were asked to rewrite a letter to my bank admitting to what happen so the bank charges can be reversed they refused. MTC Namibia is a fraud and their contracts are not transparent as should be the case .
