I'm afraid Richard Shepard is totally inadequate as an announcer. He is uninspiring and monotone. You need someone to get the crowd going as Ali did. I don' t know why he was sacked, but if it is possible, please bring him back.

Ali has been the voice for the city , he had passion in his voice to encourage fans, his humor and banter, he had empathy when giving condolence to bluebirds that passed away, i will never forget the wonderful speech he gave for jeff richards and Karen Fiteni former stewards that sadly passed. His voice was an icon for the club and his personality shone through the tannoy. You will not get a voice for the city to beat Ali passion simple as that.

Ali has been with our club for 15 years and as become a big favourite amongst us fans. He has a great sense of humour and we have loved his witty comments and poignant music selections. He is good at getting the fans fired up 'To support the boys' he is also a Welsh speaker which is very important for an announcer of the capital City of Wales.
