A dedicated leader like this is what Aledo schools are known for. Many years ago I pulled my children from private school so they could go to school in Aledo because of the quality education I knew they would receive. Please don't let the quality go down by accepting this resignation.

Mr. Beaty is such a wonderful man. We are so fortunate to have him at McCall and in Aledo ISD. It would be a travesty to a great man, and leader to let him go. The positive things he has done for his students, parents, and staff are too great to count.

Mr. Beaty is very caring. When he was the Assistant Principal at Stuard many years ago... you could often see him talking to one of our dear special needs students (Jack Hare) and encouraging him at school. He is thoughtful and sensitive to our children's needs.

Mr Jason Beaty is a down to earth Principal. We need more like him. He treats everyone like family! Whom ever accepts his resignation is an idiot. He genuinely cares for the community, faculty, staff, parents and especially the students!

There will never be another Mr. Beaty! He has always been an invaluable asset to McCall and Aledo ISD. You are making a HUGE mistake and will regret your decision, should you let him go. As a former teacher at McCall, I ask that you reconsider your plan and focus on what is most important to maintaining the district's reputation. To think you could weigh one year's test scores over a top notch leader, is extremely disappointing. Make a smart decision. Make the RIGHT choice. Keep Mr. Beaty!!
