The building trades never negotiate. They introduce fear into the membership to give us false reasons as to why we are loosing in the next contract. Again, they don't negotiate, they just give stuff away because they believe the lies being told to them by big business and the government. Bring some facts and negotiate.

There is so much an hour that goes in for the Alberta building trade for what there not doing anything for us it's ridiculous. This province has the worst labor laws in Canada it as to change maybe the NDP will take care of it. We have to start fighting back brothers and sisters it time now we have nothing to lose that's what union are all about we fought for standards and conditions let's keep them.
