Please do the right thing and the only thing that will encourage reusable shopping bags——charging people for paper bags. Without the charge you will just be going from plastic to paper waste...slightly better but let’s do it right. Thank you.

It is so demoralizing to see plastic bags blowing from trees, crusted in mud on the side of the road, stuck in fences and streams. Let's get rid of these nasty creatures.
