Passing this law, in it's intended and original form, is crucial to the safety and well being of ALL of Alaska's children. Allowing districts to opt out would help protect only SOME of Alaska's children. That is NOT acceptable. Give ALL Alaskan young people the knowledge and tools to be safe in their relationships.

The Alaska Legislature **REALLY** need to regard this passage, and stand peril if they do not. It's shameful that politics is thwarting safety in this state, but that's Politics As Usual.

As a parent of 3 small children, my oldest only being 5, I believe this is a very important bill to pass. I already have started educating them on "safe touch" but being a subject that a lot of parents find difficult to talk about or even believing their child could never be a victim education on this subject is so important.

It is immoral to create an omnibus bill out of this legislation. Drop all riders and pass this 2-part, 3-page bill in its original form. The youth of Alaska deserve this protection!
