Vote the original bill into law now! I have been a teacher for 35 years in Alaska and have raised 6 children in this state. PLEASE pass this bill to enable our children to make good decisions and recognize the signs of abuse!

Maybe, just maybe, my granddaughter and nieces would have been able to stop the sexual molestation. PLEASE pass HB44 as it was originally written.

Do the right thing. Education is power, and our children should not be powerless against abuse.

I was on the board of the Resource Center for Parents & Children for 6 years - the fact that Alaska has one of the top 5 highest rates of child abuse in the United States should be sufficient reason for Erin's law in its original form to be passed.

Protecting children is never a bad idea.

Please give us back the original Alaska Safe Children's Act that seeks to inform and protect children about this very important topic!
