Alaska Needs a Fiscal Plan! ...like, now.

It's really the only fair and equitable solution that does the least harm to our economy. Big hole takes several shovels full to fill.

Stop being so worried about public opinion. Do Your Job, secure Alaska's financial future with a common sense plan.

- income tax - restructured PFD - reduce Legislative spending (you've cut spending for the rest of us; now do it to yourselves) Act like grownups.

Please pull your heads out of the sand and pass a plan that balances the budget, that actually pays for government with income, instead of bankrupting us in a few years while squardering all the interest payments that we would have recieved for FOREVER from the billions are you trying to piss away. I'm willing to pay an income tax, or a sales tax, if you also tax oil fairly and stop giving subsidies. Spread the burden around; fix our oil taxes, tax high income earners, and protect the PFD for those who most need it.

I'm not voting for any encumbants until a sustainable fiscal plan is in place! Choose to do what's right for our State, please!

Really, we need a plan.

Pleeeeeezzzze think of Alaska first. Pleeeeeze. You can still get re elected if the people come before the oil companies and those others who give you money.

What the hell are you waiting for

We need to make some hard decisions in light of our huge annual budget deficit. Cut spending, implement a sales tax, encourage economic growth, and tweek the PFD are my suggestions.

How can any sitting legislator possibly think he/she will be re-elected if they DON'T pass a comprehensive fiscal plan?! Do you think we, your constituents, aren't watching?

Put Alaska first and pass Walker's plan!

Please do what is needed RIGHT NOW. Do not defer or you do a great disservice to Alaska.

Based on your previous actions, I have no, read my lips -NO- faith that you'll actually do anything useful, but my conscience requires me to make at least a token effort. I WILL remember in November.

Please work together to form a sustainable budget where there is give and take for every stakeholder involved. We are counting on our legislature to make these decisions in a professional manner.

It's past the time to work together to fix our financial problems. Reduce or remove the permanent fund payouts to everyone. Institute a state income tax. Deny a state sales tax. Reform oil taxes from the oil companies. And finally, and most importantly, support our future by forward funding education K-12 and the University. This is our future; our people. .

Please stop criticizing and hiding. You can do it...we need leadership and a multi year plan.

Re-establish income tax. Use some PFD $ with a sunset clause when no longer needed. Eliminate ridiculous oil tax credits. Cut legislature budget, comparably to your 2015 and 2016 cuts on services.
