I was personally abused by my own brother, witnessed him do horrific things to my sister in law, and he was right in out of jail...in the last few years he brutally beat his pregnant girlfriend at the campground in Thief River Falls. I left a message for Al myself saying my brother shouldn't be on the street, he is going to keep beating women and his had many, many previous domestic violence charges. What happened to the charges being escalated each time? My ex went from getting a misdemeanor to a gross misdemeanor the second time he was charged with domestic assault...after more than 15 domestic assault related charges and not paying child support for the 6 or 7 kids who knows how many children he has, why is he still out? Al Rogalla has allowed many women to be abused, because he didn't deal with a domestic abuse issues my brother has, when is he going to be held responsible? When he kills somebody? It is time for Al to be held responsible, for all the pain and suffering he's caused people because he did not follow the law and put these people behind bars and make them serve consequences for their actions.

It is obvious that Rogalla is incompetent and corrupt. He needs to be held accountable for his actions or lack there of.

It is important to protect those that cannot defend themselves. Mistreatment of sick, elderly, or disabled people is a very serious matter. Some people believe this matter needs further investigation. Therefore, it should be investigated to make sure our Elders are not being mistreated.

ad a person who had been prosecuted by Mr rogalla and currently Mrs hanson, I agree it is absurd the way this investigation had been handled. Mr rogalla has been saving his friends f r om prosecution for yeard. and Kristin Hanson is not compatible to be in such power. she was a public defender for years, and now is prosecuting people's lives. I myself have had her say "I don't know" about relevant information. totally not the right positions for this click of people. I suggest go and sit in on a court procedure she is involved in and you will see what these alligators are all about.

LOL.... You're a laugh and a half Mr. "Willard." Yes, I love your amateurish use of the third person in adding your comment above under another persona. Note I said "you're," not "your." Seems a distinguishing feature between us is our grasp (and use) of the English language. Perhaps spell check would come in handy. Maybe that was why the Wahpeton newspaper let you go... As for what I hope to gain by "exposing" your identity, it's rather simple. Those who honestly want to change government do so by going to the ballot box in November or calling their elected officials. Not happy with your county prosecutor? Got a beef? Then call the legal review board yourself and lodge a grievance with them. Don't hide behind an anonymous persona and grandstand on Facebook to do what appears to be little more than "entertain" the public with your own salacious take on the goings on of small-town America. Your petition is pointless and nothing more than a publicity stunt, as was your "anonymous" whistleblower call to the news. Calls to the news and posting on FB result in no effective change.
You might have gathered TRF had a recent problem of sorts with its city council. Several people weren't happy about that state of affairs. Did they create an anonymous online page and hide behind a petition while calling the nearest TV station and breaking copyright law sharing that news report on their own page? No. They went to the polls and voted out those they were tired of on the council, plain and simple. You don't like "the good ol;' boys" network, you get rid of them. You and I both know, though, you spend your days behind a computer screen and your well over 100 websites stirring up controversy where there likely shouldn't be any or at least far less than you portray there to be. As I said, the average half dozen to couple dozen likes on your page posts confirms the vast majority of those in the 8,500-strong community in TRF could care less what you post.

Forgot to add, the creator of this petition, besides not being a resident of the fair City of TRF, has actively encouraged those who don't live in TRF either to sign his petition. How ethical is that? Asking people who don't even have a horse in the race, so to speak, to join in? He's no better than the guy he's calling corrupt. Yet another example of the quality person you guys are "following" and apparently considering your de facto leader of "we the people."

He said that the two people trying to get there faster license would have the first chance to get the children he turned around and let them get adopted to somebody else even before our foster license have been completed turn around and told my lawyer that everybody that was trying to get the kids had a fair chance those people came two years later in the middle of the court hearings.

this doesn't surprise me that it has finally come to him being looked at. there has been one to many times that stuff has been pushed out simply over the fact u not a known name in trf. he is simply out for himself and those who can help further his career. when it came to a case against a Dr years back it was over looked and not much of a deal was made of it. it was brought right to h and simply pushed off.

Cannot believe someone with a duty that is supposed to "help people" is doing things so unjust. I really hope something moves forward out of this. What a crook.

It is too bad that some people like Rogella are standing above God! If this had been any other person not well known or friends with Rogella, this person would have been in prison with a stiff fine to pay! People like Rogella who have no regards for the safety of the public should not be in office!

When my mother, a vulnerable stroke surviving adult, was having her money stolen every month, Mr. Rogalla would do nothing to help get this money back. ok it was over 8,000 dollars, he made light of it. And when my mother passed, that money would have buried her.
