How about all the domestic violence/sexual assault cases he pleaded out or refused to prosecute?? You sat in your chair, refused to look me in the eyes as the investigator explained what he tried to do for my case. You then tried to stop the investigator from speaking after he said he knew that this man was guilty!!! You knew he was guilty also!!! But you refused to do your job. After all these years, this man has earned a reputation in this town for being a pervert. Who knows how many women/young girls that have fallen victim to this puke- and who are afraid to come forward.

25 years ago, I went with my mom to am appointment she had with Mr. Rogalla. MN Legal Aid had qualiifed her for help in getting a divorce after decades of domestic abuse. Mr. Rogalla's name was on their list of lawyers who would help. During the 20-30 min. session, Rogalla ate peanuts the whole time (they were in a small bowl he kept on his desk). He asked a few questions & nodded a bit. But the minute Mom told him that MN legal aid would pay the fees, he said he was too busy to take her case. But I am sure he was glad to charge MN legal aid for the visit.

The whole court system in Thief River Falls has been crooked for many years. Between Al Rogalla and Kristen Hanson they made my child lie on the stand to agree to a "plea bargain" so he would do less time which was completely wrong. This is just one time of the many experiences I've had. It is time for some honest people to clean up our court system. I'm not putting my name visible on the online petition due to the fact of fear of retaliation. Thank you.

The public library have internet. So does job service and Sanford.
Good question though.
Not to be sarcastic, but people without internet hopefully have phones with internet. That's how I left this comment. Or maybe they know someone with internet.
At the moment though, this is purely an online petition. I don't imagine there would be a need for gathering hand written signatures just to request the state office responsible for licensing attorneys look in to these individuals in Thief River Falls.

We should have an offline form people without internet could sign and the admin should upload this signatures.
