If ever there was a sportsman who didn't uses PEDs it is Alain. I can say with one hundred percent confidence he won the medal, trained for the medal, skied clean.

If he was cleared by the cleared by the court of arbitration of sport then the fact that the IOC refuse to accept the decision then the court is a pointless institution. Just shows how entrenched organisation such as the IOC can be.

Alain won this fair and square and it has been proved he did no wrong, why doesn't he have the opportunity to cherish his medal? Not very sporting!
