There are precedents for athletes not to lose their medal in such cases (e.g. Linford Christie's positive due to Ginseng tea). Alain Baxter deserves an amnesty.

The decision was stupid and outside of the intention of the anti drug taking lobby to capture real cheats. To disqualify him was spiteful and smacked of a vengeful attack by the big alpine nations to discredit a small , in Alpine terms, nation.

They keep saying this is he first year GB has won a medal on snow- not true. alain was the first. He was cleared so he should get it back.
