This decision has to be overturned in the interest of fairness and true sportsmanship. The IOC's stance is clearly wrong and they should correct that by returning the medal he rightly and fairly won.

Alain has been cleared so please return the medal. If he had been from one of skiings 'powerhouse' countries he would have had it back years ago. Rich also said at the time he didn't deserve it. Time for a good dose of integrity from the IOC and Raich.
