Caldwell. Consider what you are doing. Your self interest decision will haunt you and seal your political fate and legacy. You will be vilified for life.

I’m very strongly against changing Ala Moana Park. It is soo beautiful and special exactly the way it is. Stop taking the natural beauty of the island away from us

Please ensure that the park stays available with lots of parking for ALL families on Oahu.

Please DO NOT eliminate Makai parking for the sake of our seniors and keiki. It's already dangerous enough crossing the "street" with everyone on their cell phones. DO NOT make this park Waikiki. Fix what is there; be sustainable; set an example for the rest of us.

Please direct any funding resources to the completion of the rail instead of making unnecessary changes to Ala Moana Park.

I’ve been coming to the park for 20 plus years 7 days a week and spend at least 7 hours a day at the same area. I love parking on the beach side because of the convenience and being near my vehicle for the 7 hours there. All we’re asking is that the city maintain the roads, bathrooms and benches. None of these ideas for changes came about until the luxury condos were built. So, as a 7 days a week and 7 hours a day user of this park, I say leave it as is, no changes is necessary. Malamoana!!

The City and State have shown time and again that they can’t maintain their parks to a higher level. The changes are more inline for commercial activities than for people to come down and enjoy a rare easily accessible open space in Honolulu. Something not covered in any of their statements.

Keep our Island places local so we can keep our local traditions. Too much gentrification!

Wrong, wrong. For once do the right thing for us, the people of Honolulu.
