Wake-up, blood line is very important. Fellow TRUE Alaskan's, if our legislature's don't listen to this, we the people have to go to Juneau and fix the mess.

I think it shoulď be born iñ Alaska and people who lived here in Alaska foŕ 20 years who can qualify to receive PFD's. This is mys opinion.

I lived in Alaska for over 10 years, and I was NOT born there. In fact, majority of its residents are military! Don't take the PFD away from those who were not born there! That's ludicrous.
