AK PFD only issued to Alaska-born residents

it would be great to get this AK PFD back to the original plan that it was intended for, Alaskans have the first right , too many people relocated for free money,no one becomes an Alaskan by moving they are not born and raised in Alaska

I was born and raised here. Non-Alaskans are always running around Alaska, "claiming" they know how it is to live here and how it was. Yet, here they come, buying food and artificial meat from the big stores. It wasn't like that back then. We lived off the land, lived with no electricity or running water. None of that was needed here. Neither Alcohol or tobacco. But, people shouldn't be moving here just for the money. They money that is made over here should be kept to the REAL Alaskans that were born and raised in Alaska. #REALALASKANS
