The PFD is not enough to make anyone move here - it doesn't even pay for heating oil for the year. I've been here for 16 years and my family is here with no intent on moving. So I shouldn't get it even though my life is here and has been for a long time? I call BS.

I think it is only fair to Alaska born residents. There are too many outsiders who hear about it and move to Alaska justfor the PFD.

I am a true Alaskan, because I was born and raised in Palmer. I think all true born Alaskans should get PFD. Moving to Alaska from another state does not make you an Alaskan.
