This needs to come into effect immediately. Many people from the lower forty eight have moved to Alaska thinking they're going to hit the jack pot. Many come with their attitudes, and as the state population grows from people moving to Alaska, the violence increased over the years. I'll shoot you before you shoot me. Please consider this as a legitimate policy within our great state of Alaska...

I've always agreed to this. Military who come up here receive a PFD n then leave after they've received the PFD they're not Alaskan's and should not be able to receive a dividend. They hate Alaska and are stealing from our people

So your saying just case I spent the first couple months of my life in California when I didn't even know up from down.. I shouldn't be allowed a dividend? And I'm not Alaskan.. Hmm I was raised and taught alaskan ways from three months old... I know nothing about anywhere else so I'm not an Alaskan what am I? Sure not a Californian, I don't even know what my hometown looks like.. And it's not even the fact that they want to take away the dividend from us.. It's the fact that I'm not Alaskan cause I wasn't born here...
