The PFD has been in Alaska for alaskan residents. Often i heard and saw people state they only came for the free money every year. I would like alaskan born residents to recieve in the pfd and if there is anyone who moves into the state, a required of 3 years to be elibile.

Born and raised and I believe the pfd should only go to the born and raised here also. So many people just move here because we have our pfd

I will sign this Petition but I think it should be altered to say the length of time a single person who have lived here for over 20 yrs should be considered Alaskan by now.

I am a Alaska native Eskimo and hearing of so many people non Alaskans able to move here for a few years live on welfare and qualify for divs after so long is just STEALING money from us. Time to take back what's rightfully ours and ours only .

Alaska is our Native's land. We not go anywhere to move out. PFD have go to Native people, not another racist people as lower 48 state, asia. But, Asian people not acting like Natives. They need leave our Alaska property.
