I am an Alaskan, born and raised here all my life. In the beginning, when the Pfd first came out. It should of been only Alaskan born residents are allowed to receive Pfd's. As it should be.

I have always felt its not fair for those of us born and raised in Alaska. So many people move to Alaska for PFDs. I believe the crime rate would not have been so high if so many outsiders hadn't moved to Alaska for PFDs.

Our pfd don't need to go to people who live here for 2 years then they qualify for pfds.

I 100% agree only ak born residents should get pfd. I hear people from out of state bragging about how they moved to ak just to get pfd.
