Should have been this way all along, its not fair to the people that call Alaska home and then watch military families get it even though they don't plan on staying when their time is up!!!!

Former Employee of Alaska Marine Highway System alot of people moving to Alaska From South East to Where ever the Ferry would take them,they seen "Websites" move to Alaska! Alaska will pay you for living in Alaska! I once called and asked why can't Dividends be Purchased to Alaskans Born and Raised here? There was no clear answer!
