Okay, so riddle me this Batman. My parents conceived me in Alaska, I was raised in Alaska for 20 years of my life. But because in 1978 the hospitals were not advanced enough, my Mother had to be flown to Washington to have me because of birthing complications and I was born with cranial synostosis requiring me to have my infant head cut open and plastic inserts placed to allow my skull to allow for my brain to grow or I would die during childhood. Do I qualify as Alaskan to you? Or should I change my hometown?

I believe people living here for 10+ years should receive the pfd, my grandmas lived here for 60+ years was not born here but her children and grandchildren like myself were.

a lot of people who chose to live from other state are professional and contributed for the gain of this state. Their household income is average of $120,000. if you piss them off, once they're all gone, then AK economy will tank. So you guys want to do this thing? It is all up to you, then you will end with nothing. BP left already, Shell is leaving, and the rest of the petrochemical firm will do the same as well. Productive people runs the economy and not those who only rely on WELFARE. How many of you who made a comment or two are on freebies? SHAME, SHAME, SHAME.
