I think more people are moving here to Alaska because of the P.F.Ds.. If more people continue moving here to Alaska and approved for the yearly P.F.D, soon we will have nothing.. The yearly dividends do help most Alaskans who are low income, and for the ones who can not afford to pay their pass due medical bills.. I believe the P.F.Ds should be only for Alaskans who is born and raised in Alaska..

I feel it needs to extend past that. I am Alaskan Native. I should Receive this money regardless if I'm in the state or not. Write that in and I'll sign .

I believe they should have done this back in the early 90s than you wouldn't see an increase in welfare cases that are moved to the country and state as that

Make it so! I have seen too many people come to the state, just for the PFD. When they leave the state, they still apply for it and get it. For online application filings there should be a way to stamp where it was done, too !

About time I hope this will be seriously considered. Think about all the people who would leave Alaska and hopefully the crime rate would go down and we can send our children down the road to the stores again.
