What about the people who have lived here most of their lives and have never left? I have lived here since 1994, I was 11 going on 12. We didn't move here for the dividend. We moved because my Grandpa died and my grandma was dying. When we moved up, she hung on for another year and I got to know my grandma before she died. We stayed up here and never moved back to the lower 48. I never left state when I was old enough unless it was for medical. I married here, had my first daughter at Providence in 2005 and unfortunately separated in 2007 and ultimately divorced. I've worked in many places. Met my ex fiancé had my second daughter in 2011. And I'm still here, 21 years later. I can't remember the first 10 years of my life and yet this petition would suggest I am not Alaskan because I wasn't born here. My kind dos are but I'm not. Revise it. Then I'll sign it.

I agree! I am indigenous to Alaska, all the other natives should have the right to have a say who the real Alaskans are! No more intruders to get the right of our most important asset on our lands.
