Born and raised for 32 years. But I would be more inclined to have them increase the time you have to have lived here including for children up to 10-15 years residence. Military families of none Alaskans have no right to be eligible after 3 years of being stationed here. There doing their job their not here by choice. I own several small construction business locally and CHOOSE to live and support the local economy. They were simply stationed here.

Sounds good to me but dont know if that would be feasible. A line would have to be drawn somewhere. However I do believe that all full blooded Natives should get it regardless if they live in Alaska or not. : )

This is very important for Alaskans and their families. When this happens our PFD has to go up, since all the other "residents" that moved up here just for money will be cut off.

It should have been that way from the start to many ppl want free money . Its hard living in high cost of living villages and small twns lime Nome Kotz Bet and other places that r not on the road system

This should be for Alaskan born or Alaskan Native Born Alaskans. That is who this land belongs to. You can't sell our rites and belongings. Or just flat out take what does not belong to you. Tax the city to keep the city. Not take all of Alaskas money.
