Keep it up because too many people from outside are only moving here for.PFD bring every tom dick harry up here..It belongs to Alaskan that were here when first began..Like Jay Hammond said it belong to Alaskans only

I agree to hv it for Alaska born residents w/ certain exceptions like marrying an Alaskan. It should be treated like our Corporation Dividends, just to shareholders only and out decendents.

Been in Alaska since 1994. Wife and 2 kids all born in Alaska. Moved
to Alaska to get away from all the rules and people down south. Have lived in Alaska over half my life. Love it here!

Born here, if it's going to be raided for funding government, I believe Jay Hammond set this up for Alaskans at the time. He set this up hoping it would do just this!!! When big government overspending is out of control, they want more from Alaskans born here and will stay here. The key is we are "Alaskans". If it's going to be plundered the Alaskans that received the first check should be the only ones including their Alaska born children whom have stayed. This is not about the money for true Alaskans, it's how and why the fund was established.

Born and raised in Alaska I recently moved out of state and believe this is a good idea. Will keep people from moving to Alaska just for the benefits of the dividend. If not alaska born people then at least people who have lived there ten years or longer.

I'm sure we'd have lesser crimes in Alaska,
All these people moving to Alaska for the PFD's,
Doing all kinds of crimes, Alaska was never this bad.

I have always believed my whole life your not a true " Alaskan " if you were not born in Alaska period.
One of the reasons we have so many people moving to Alaska is to get the PFD. I have personally asked newcomers to Alaska why they moved here and their answers were always for the PFD , not for better jobs and also for the welfare the state pays out to families, because its highest in Alaska then anywhere else.
