AK PFD only issued to Alaska-born residents

I wasn't born in Alaska and I lived there a short time but it doesn't make me less Alaskan native my blood connects me to the land (1/2) inupiaq

Umm. Let's say my family born n raised ( me N my kids ) but for some reason had to move medical or job or whatever the case would we still qualify? ???? Lived up there 32 years

I wasn't born in Alaska but I've moved here when I was a year and a half old..... Are you still going to say I'm not Alaskan? Alaska is my home and has been that way all my life. Why would you want to take away the pfd from other Alaskan that have been here over 30 years?!?

This is one of the most idiotic petitions I have ever seen and you have a snowball's chance in hell of getting it passed. I was not born in this state but I have lived here and contributed in many ways for over 50 years. I am as much of an Alaskan as I am an American, and for anybody to tell me different is ridiculous. We inly alaskan born should only get the pfds. Ppl hear about our pfds n move up here just for them nothing else.

I was born and raised an Alaskan so we're my parents and my ancestors before me. My children are Alaskan an I want my childrens children to have want we have "Permanent" Fund Dividend.

I believe this is a viable movement and also agree with the terms as well, you shouldn't be able to move to Alaska then get a pfd, you should be born in the state so that you don't attract people coming up here just for the money.
