Completely agree with a change in eligeablility to Alaskan who were born or lived most their life. If this doesn't go thru I believe a change should still be made on the amount of years residing in Alaska to be eligeable. Let say 5 years atleast.

Or even have a residency clause ; someone who had lived in Alaska for a majority of their lives and raised their families there.

I have lived in Alaska for 31 years I leave only for family death then come back I have had my kids there and our grand kids I'm out of ak right now and don't know when we will b back but Alaska is our home.. So p hope I still get my pfd

My parents were here before Statehood, I've been here all my life, my children we're born here...Parent's are burried on Base now & children, grandchild & I are still here & have no plans on leaving. Originally you would receive money according to length of residency, ie: age, that was fair. You put in your time, you earned it. Lower 48ers shouldn't be GIVEN what we've EARNED!

Born in Ketchikan, Alaska. I still live in Alaska today, Juneau. I've always wished it were like this, it only makes sense.

I was born and raised in Alaska and the whole time I was there, there were people moving there just because they wanted the money. I don't think it's right.

Some LIFELONG Alaskans NOT eligible to receive their LAST PFD because he/she did NOT complete 6 month "law/policy" for the Year he/she died

This is how I initially thought this is how it should have originally been, this also would cut down on scamming the PFD.

I am not anti military but there is no reason any active duty military from any branch should be receiving a dividend!! They have no intention on staying here. Thank you for starting this petition!
