I was born in 1959 on Elmendorf Air Force Base and have lived here all my life. So much has changed due to the pipeline it's crazy. There are so many non- Alaskans claiming to be Alaskan and that is crazy too. We need to recognize the true Alaskans of this State and give all of us proper recognition PFD's should only be given to the ones who were born here, and that will stay here?

We seriously need to only give the born and raised Alaskans the pfds. Too many people think they can move to Alaska just for the money. Sickening.

Make a city tax like all other states. Don't be stupid and take our dividends. City tax and tax the weed. That will more than compensate the bill.
