Its not fair that outsiders are coming just for PFD's. Who else heard of couple people trying to apply for it and they COULDNT speak or understand English at all.

We have people moving from down states more because we get dividends and have better pay than the lower 48's.

I really think that all Alaskan Born, should only receive the PFD, it's not the people being discriminated against, here why, I was born before Dec 21 1971 and I am a shareholder with my corporation, and all born after, Alaskan born of native blood did receive any shares or entitlements, my point is just cause you move here, should these people be given something because they stayed here 90 days to a year, that should be for Alaskan born residents only, I know there are people who have been here from the day they moved here in the sixties and seventies, and have roots here and raise their families here i do consider these people to be "Alaskan Born "in my opinion

Should have been all along, we don't need Outsiders on this land only for this. There are people that are living in the lower 48 that don't even live here and are still getting it each year.

There are too many non deserving "Alaskans" coming to live in our great state using what I'm guessing as the PFD free money as an incentive and practically stealing what should belong to true native born Alaskans. I hope and pray that this petition makes a huge impact and impression on our state legislatures.
