I am an Alaskan born and raised. and the PFD should of been given to Alaskans only in the first place.

I agree to this due to some many outside nonalaskans who are not born raised from Alaska shouldn't be getting our money so many different races coming into our lands just for our money once Oct hits they go back home then come back just to claim our money stupid I'd say

I do believe the PFD should be issued to Alaskan residents, not only including Alaska-born residents, but also those who have been here a certain number of years (10+, 20+ years). It should be issued to those who truly made Alaska their permanent home.

Born Alaskans blah blah blah...geez all you are complaining about money sounding like every other person in the world. I moved here 14 yrs ago when I was like 12 and now I'm about to be 25 I went to high school and did some growing up I had my kids here and my parents have a house there my dad works at the native hospital there no less but we didn't move there for a pfd but so my parents can give me and my mom a better life. I love Alaska and I consider myself an Alaskan just because I wasn't born there doesn't make it any less true. But it doesn't matter if it passes and the pfd will permitted to "born Alaskans only" me and my family will still be here still own a house there my kids will still be born in Alaska and will grow up there and go to school there. We are Alaskans! We're not worried about the pfd money. We fell in love with the simple beauty of it see things that we wouldn't have in the lower 48's . Not everyone moves to Alaska for the pfd money.
