AK PFD only issued to Alaska-born residents

I hope this gets through. It's not fair people move up here to Alaska just for the PFD. I've lived here my entire life and I've seen many many people from all over the world tell me "I moved here because you get paid to live here" like no!! You can just move here and take ALASKA'S money.. Totally not fair..

So I'm an Alaskan, I was not born here. I have been here since I was 6mths old. My S.S is 574, I've received every dividend since the start. I do not believe the guide line should be for born here! There needs to be a Lil more.

Hoping there's a way to get this done without anyone who wasn't actually born in Alaska gets away with getting a PFD by just putting that they were born here.

My husband and I were recently talking about this! So many people from all over the world move here to Alaska just for the PFD. This is so unfair to us Alaskan's. I am not racist or anything like that, but this is the truth! I hope and pray this petition passes! I'm sharing this petition with all of my true Alaskan family!
