What I also noticed is those who come up here just for the permanent fund and have no job start relying on the public assist to get by. If this is passed though then there will be a mass exodus of non Alaska residents~

Alaska born only! People are only moving to Alaska for the high paying jobs and that extra PFD to put in the banks to save.

With the influx of new comers coming into our state, we continue to hear of the violence the permanent fund attracts. Not only that, but those who have left the state that continually file under the pretense that they are in the state.

Why let outsiders work for couple years and receive the PFD and just to start receiving. I don't think they should even be eligible for it, should only be given to Alaskan residents n who were born in this state, and if any move after shouldn't be allowed to receive it.

I think you should be here at least 5 years before you qualify then we see how many go back to their homes in the lower 48
