From shillong, I am unable to use the internet services at all. This is very disappointing..!! The company is spreading falls claims through it's advertising claiming it to be the fastest network in India when actually the 4G connection gives no more than a 2G service. In shillong, it seems airtel is lacking behind BSNL regarding the Data Services. Would be deeply appreciated if the company provides their services as good as they claim.!!

They fool customers, they don't have any network yet duped them with no data no calling by restring it. I hate them to the core. I am thinking of filing a consumer case in court.

Now they cancelled the free incoming i am nit fine witg that. I am student nkw i have to recharge if i want incoming calls. If that is not terrible then airtel is not even giving 84 days validity anymore how much do they want to steal from us.???

It assured me a link speed of 52 MBPS in my College,but what I get is 512KBPs Link speed and Download speed of 30 KBPS

499 package is like a lame 2G package! No proper signal during making calls and moreover most of the time you'll be not reachable for your contacts! Better to switch to other providers, coz here 200 millions customer's causing inconvenience and blocking signals. no complaints will work anymore!
