Most irritating connectivity and useless customer support by Airtel. Its just unempathetic, irresponsible, unethical and inefficient company.

In my home we need to come to the road to browse in internet. I have made a complaint to airtel 6 months ago. still not fixed it. I have a 2nd sim jio its working fine for my family, so I am planning to port all the 4 connections in my family, same way my relatives are also fedup with Airtel. so they are also moving out of Airtel. actually I would have hold this connection I have decided to port only because of Airtel advertisement claiming they are india's fastest network, its given me an impression that they will not improve because they are not at all accepting they are having network issue and trying to improve it. And in my office people are holding airtel post paid having 500 +gb data balance in their mobile because they cannot use it, because its not working. its really pathatic, Airtel need to know claiming number one will not make a company number one, maintaining quality and giving value to customer only make it number one, remember nokia also once a bluechip company, no competitor is responsible for their fall, they themself are responsible.

I was recently using idea and Jio but wasn't satisfied a lot so I switched to Airtel but was totally disappointed speed was extremely slow in comparison to idea and Jio and network coverage was worse as well , one day I wanted to talk to the customer care executive but the answering machine didn't supported my desired options it would stop responding whenever I tried to do so

My Airtel internet speed is crap.If I have to download something more that 100mb then it will take more then 1hour.In ad they show it had good speed in middle of nowhere but in reality it sucks.

Cheating us on international roaming by charging rs700/MB and a bill of 55k. SHOCKING (Advertisemnt says “no bill shocks”) What a scam !!! Airtel SUCKS

The internet speed is extremely slow not even 120 kB per second and the calling facility is ridiculous as most of the time either side is not able to listen the other one.

It sucks.. I can't get it how they can lie so much about the connection. The girl they use is dumb. You can't make calls because there is no network..even if you're not in a remote place ...the network fails of you're in the basement or anywhere.the internet sucks...im not able to use even 1 GB as per the companies promises because it gets slow after 400mb only..not that it works fast...it's always so slow. It does not end here there is so much more to the list of airtels flaws...you might have to get lives get over with the flaws of this pathetic company
