The airline industry has no more right to generate noise pollution than does any industry to deliver other pollutants. Noise pollution comes at a prices paid by people on the ground.

Constant south-bound (outbound) flyovers over our house in recent weeks... Morning to night...

The airlines have enough money to do this retrofit so the people who live under the flight paths can have a little more peace and quiet.

These Airbus vent tones should never have been allowed by the FAA. The airlines should correct this noise problem as a civic responsibility.

I'll be boycotting these bastards, especially the speed brake abusers Virgin, United and JetBlue, who can go to hell.

The whine is absolutely horrific. Why do we have to put up with this FAA/airline nonsense? The repeated offenders being Virgin America and Southwest !!

In addition I'd add that all jets need to be significantly quieter. There's no way we will tolerate an environment of ever increasing noise from up above
