I've seen far too many interactions involving racism at AHS, none of which involved any repercussions for the offender. Administration, I agree that this is something that should not be treated faintly. This behavior should not ever be tolerated within the district at all. My peers are right to take action. The fact that this, among many other things, is still tolerated should be a clear enough window for you to see what our future holds. We need to move past racism, and recognizing this sooner rather than later is important for the future of not only AHS students, but for future generations that come out of the school and out of those that have attended it.

What ever transpired at the school is unjustifiable. Action needs to be taken soon enough to show that the admin really do care about the students of color. This way, it will ensure that students will never have to deal with these troubling times in or around the community ever again.
