I don’t understand how administration does not take racism seriously. Racism is a huge issue in America I should have to come to school and be called the N word and administration is always stressing that when your at school you should feel safe well guess I don’t feel safe especially if I’m being harassed by white people. I also don’t understand why anybody says the N word. I BELIVE THAT IF YOUR WHITE,BLACK OR ANYOTHER RACE YOU SHOULD JOT BE SAYING THE N WORD. I asleep don’t get why black people say the n word all the time but when someone else says it is a big problem it all black people but some at ahs. Racism needs to stop.

We live a society where people like to put themselves in higher positions based off of their race, and gender, but it's 2019 we have to make a change, and if we don't do it, who will? We need to set an example right now, so kids in the future won't have to deal with this kind of disrespect.

Change the conditions. If you guys care so much about your school image change this. Make something different, public schools are supposed to be open to any race, sex, religion, etc. Stay true to your “requirements”.

Many people find racism edgy. That is incredibly concerning. It was during my junior year when I realized how many people hold these sentiments. I believe that as much as it is up to admin to punish, it is also important that we as a culture learn to change. If we highlight the issue of racism amongst people of all political ideologies and social situations we can finally be the generation to end it. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.
