I join with other community members in opposition to the proposed Westbard Self-Storage project for the reasons explained in the Little Falls Watershed Alliance submission. Please insist on corrective changes before allowing this project to proceed.
Thank you.

This a future eyesore. It has no place in our community.

We fully support the concerns of this petition and the proposed development of the site at the expense of the creek and cemetery. Please be thoughtful about the residents that you expect to use the facility -- we won't if you over build or build in the areas we want protected.

the proposed self-storage building has been designed without any aestetic regard to its immediate surroundings, how the area around the building is or will be used, or the impact of such a large structure on its neighbors. This area is not an urban center (yet) and should not be treated as if it were. One of the things the Planning Commission should do with any proposal is consider the impact on its surrounding area and uses. The proposed plan utterly fails to do so and should be rejected.

I do not like the current plans for the storage facility. Not a good solution. Back to the drawing board

Do not allow this to happen. Total lack of concern for the environment.

This proposed structure is not consistent with the ambiance of the neighborhood or the desires of those of us who live here. Thank you in advance for the substantial revisions that would be needed to make this appropriate for the space.

This is not the place for a high storage facility. This is a long established residential family neighborhood and that should be respected

Allow Macedonia Baptist Church access to parcel 177 to conduct a cemetery delineation study, so that land can be memorialized!

The scale of this storage facility is too big for the site and will be detrimental beyond reasonable levels to the Willet Creek and the Greenway Park.

The proposed plans for WSS will result in a giantic eyesore to the surrounding area; simply put, it's just plain UGLY and detracts from the surrounding park land.

Another storage facility (modern day barn) would not enhance the area. I hope the owner can think of another profitable but less offensive use of his property.

Your proposed self-storage development would be an eyesore in our neighborhood. Please scale back this building. My family will go out of our way to avoid supporting your business (should we need storage) if you continue with this monster building.
