Please show consideration for our neighborhood, and allow that we might know what is best. This plan is not in keeping with what we hope is a major improvement to the existing blight and massive development that has been proposed.

I am concerned about storm water management, given the size of the building. It is just way too big. Meanwhile, it makes the access to the Willett Greenway look like a tunnel. I will not patronize the facility.

The building will be a towering, ugly eye sore and destroy any sense of tranquility the Willet Creek greenway is supposed to provide. I for one will NEVER use your business under the current design should you not reconsider and scalediwn the size. I will also encourage all my friends and neighbors not to patronage your business ever.

This structure would look good in downtown Pyongyang, but it has no place in our suburban neighborhood. We would never encourage Westbard Self-Storage by patronizing it.

WE WILL NOT PATRONIZE Westbard Self-Storage unless and until the November 14, 2017 comments of the Little Falls Watershed Alliance are fully adopted and incorporated into the current plans.

This outsized facility has no place if the County hopes to create an environmental friendly area that will offset, to some degree, the commercial concentration coming to Westbard.

I do not like the current development plan for storage facility because the proposed building is too big and exisiting cemetary site is at risk. I will not pagtronize Westbard Slef-Strorage in future unless the plans are altered.

I will not patronize this business if modifications are not made.

Please incorporate the suggestions from the LFW and modify the current plan. This building is huge and will adversely impact the use of the promised Willett Greenway Park and storm water management in the park. Such a small walkway will deter people from using the park and the oversized building will detract from the enjoyment of the park. It won't be much of a park at all without the slight modifications proposed. Thank you.

The above-mentioned development plans do not enhance, but destroy, our neighborhoods.

Common sense and good taste have vanished. All about money and greedy developers!

The Greenway is the best thing the redeveloped Westbard offers the county. Your building COULD be an attractive complement. You COULD be respectful of the vision the county planners have offered. OR you can alienate your future customers by doing everything you can to make the entry to the park uninviting.

We have storage a plenty and do not need more traffic. this neighborhood will be so crowded, people will have to walk their stuff to storage. Your plans are excessive!

While I think that there are desirable features to the facility, I am concerned that it does not sufficiently align with plans for a community greenway and a possible memorial for Moses African Cemetery. Modifications are warranted.

This structure will produce severe environmental damage if built at proposed site.
