At the very least, the western wall of the building, the Willett stream side, should start low and stair-stepped up maybe every 20 feet going east to full height that would reduce the MASSIVE 70-foot wall on the park side.

The Building is too big.
The access to the park is too narrow.
Stormwater management is insufficient. Impact on the Cemetery.

We live in your neighborhood and will never use your facility if you go ahead with your current expansion plans. The Westbard development plans put us on the same path which drowned Houston, which endangers life and economic sustainability.

I am a concerned resident who cares about the Moses African cemetery on River Road, part of which lies on this site. Macedonia Baptist Church has been fighting to have this desecrated cemetery memorialized.

I strongly urge you to allow Macedonia Baptist Church access to Parcel 177 to allow a cemetery delineation study to be done by MBC. This is a matter of racial justice for residents of Montgomery County.

It is imperative that the sanctity of the cemetery be guaranteed. The descendents of the people buried there must have the power to watch over the delineation of the cemetery.
